Fred B. Goldberg Gives Back to Smile Train

The Law Offices of Fred B. Goldberg, PC believes in the importance of helping others and giving charitably. That’s why Fred B. Goldberg donates a portion of each dental malpractice case to Smile Train, an international non-profit organization that performs free cleft palate surgery repairs for kids around the world.

Each year, more than 170,000 children in the developing world are born with a cleft lip and/or palate. Smile train covers the cost of repair surgery 100% for children in over 85 countries. In addition to providing this life-changing surgery, Smile Train also provides continuing care to children who may also need dental care, orthodontics, and speech therapy. Driven by a sustainable model in which doctors are empowered to provide these surgeries in their own communities, Smile Train has provided more than one million cleft repair surgeries since its founding in 1999 – an average of one surgery every five minutes.

We encourage you to check out this organization online and consider making a donation this holiday season. Your donation can help change a child’s life forever!
