Kay H. Han is an attorney, certified orthodontist
(in Korea), and published author of
American Journal of Dentofacial Orthopedics.
Dr. Han graduated from the George Washington
University Law School with Honors
and was admitted to Maryland State Bar in 2009.
Prior to entering law school, Dr. Han worked as a
research fellow at the University of Maryland Dental
School. During law school, she was specially
admitted to practice law in the U.S. Court of
Federal Claims, where she represented individuals
seeking compensation for their vaccine-related
injuries under the National Vaccine Injury
Compensation Program.
Dr. Han also interned for The Honorable
Judith N. Macaluso in the Superior Court of the
District of Columbia and clerked for the Health
Access Project at the Children’s Law Center in
Washington, D.C., where she advocated for at-risk
children in District of Columbia by collaborating
with the multi-disciplinary team of medical experts
at Children’s National Medical Center.
Dr. Han speaks Korean fluently.
